Matador
MINERVA e-mail address I have tried on two different e-mail servers to send an e-mail to MINERVA Models but it says the e-mail is not a correct e-mail address the e-mail on the site is sales@minervamodelrailways.co.uk. I am in the USA not that that should make a difference?.
Barclay
Have you tried it without the dot after the uk? There wouldn't normally be a dot after uk and on the website the dot is black whereas the rest of the address is red so I think it's not a part of it, though it looks as if it is ! brossard
A while ago I asked about VAT deduction for purchases. Before that, I bought a wagon through the sales bot and didn't get the VAT taken off. A wagon is one thing but a loco is quite another given the price. I was told to email Minerva if I wanted to buy something and the VAT would be deducted. John

brossard
Alan, as I said, they will deduct VAT but you need to order by email, at least this is what I was told. The sales bot can't do it. John Edited October 13, 2020 by brossard

I don't know about that, they are two different things. VAT is 20% but you don't necessarily get away with it. It depends on how keen the postal system is. For me Canada Post drops my parcel in my mailbox without tax and fees about 99% of the time. John
