South Wales and West (Blue) MK2 help.

Evening all,

 

I would like to have some Bachmann MK2A's repainted into South Wales and West (Blue) to reflect the Cardiff-Bristol Temple Meads-Weymouth service in the late 1990's which was hauled by Class 37’s.

 

I have been asked to provide the type face, font and size of the logos? Would anyone be able to help provide this or point me in the right direction?
 

I guess the numbers would be a standard size? Is there also a equivalent shade of readily available paint would be a good match? Regional Railways dark blue has been suggested but wanted to ask
