The single "between the rails" Kadee uncoupling magnet will form part of the bridge. and the second attempt at a planked crossing in the yard. #1 was too high. At least it doesn't have a face on it! I really like the 1950s style road direction sign. That is something that I haven't seen modelled before. There's still quite a few left around here. MrWolf Posted November 17, 2020 Share Posted November 17, 2020 I'm quite impressed by the way digital sound has been properly tailored to suit different locos as well as the speed etc. When it first appeared it was a bit of a trainset gimmick, but having seen up to the minute versions at exhibitions (remember those??) I have had a change of opinion. It's not something that I can use as a lot of my engines are ancient. I wouldn't worry about the type of coupling you choose, so long as it suits your purposes. There are some and we have all met them, who can drone on for hours about how you have chosen the wrong coupling..... They really need to get out more. Until such time as we have tiny robot railwaymen to do the work, it will always be a compromise.
