Aston On Clun. A forgotten Great Western outpost.

Getting fed up (Is that really the expression?) spending half an hour trying to upload progress pictures and getting "unknown server error" or "operation failed due to lack of memory" technology sucks a fat one.

We're all doomed I tell ye...

It also pays not to berate one's significant other with relentless pedantry, because:

They can punish you for it out of the blue.

Most of the career pedants I have encountered are confirmed bachelors....

Magic grass is fine. In this house it is Fuzzy grass. :good:

Adding more layers whilst watching a documentary on Michael Caine.

I'm not blowing any bl##dy doors off.

That has already been done elsewhere on here and better than I can!

I'm glued to the layout, the memsahib is glued to the TV.

It's a bit of a mixture, the base is 1mm spring, dotted randomly with woodworking PVA and recoated to create the clumps the sheep won't eat. The embankment, cutting and hollows in the fields are 2mm autumn.

The railway property has a coating of 4mm dead grass. Other areas will get layers of 2mm and 4mm patchy grass and whatever mixture I get out of the hoover tomorrow.

All of the static grass I have used has come from the WWS range, usual disclaimer.

Ahem.

For the avoidance of doubt there is very little sheep won't eat.

Especially so as earlier in this evening some herbert locked this sheep's evening meal in their office and disappeared off home.........

Having arrived home, I am currently eating my way through the fridge.

Unless you're trying to be clever and get them to mow your lawn for free. Goats have the edge here, but they will try to eat your shed and stink the place out...

It was pointed out by @chuffinghellthat the picture no load! post on The Sheep Chronicles was in fact a picture of a wagon with no load.

There was something inside it. The brake lever. It's now refitted. I've been forgetting to fix it for about a year. It's an old beater of a white metal kit, no idea who by, but I'm kind of attached to it!
