It was me who said ROCO and it isn't, it's Rivarossi.   I Googled Rivarossi and the running number to find a few examples.    Some chancer wanting EUR 40 on Ebay for a boxed one when you can get unboxed for 6.50.

 

Scale is roughly 1:80, I believe.

Following some final work on one of the two Italian box vans very kindly given to me by Re6/6, who modified the HO dimensions to 4mm scale, I can now replicate the Pembridge scene on Bethesda Sidings, which is appropriate given that Bethesda is located on an extension beyond New Radnor of the Kington area branch lines.

 

Here 1458 shunts an Italian van in Capel Bethesda yard, pending loading with agricultural produce from the district:
