Guest Jack Benson
Following Adam C's advice, a Classix Fordson ET6 is currently undergoing drastic surgery to create a Ford 7V with help from RTI bits It might be OK

RMweb Premium Hal Nail Posted December 17, 2020 RMweb Premium Share Posted December 17, 2020 Funnily enough I started typing christ that's ugly earlier but decided it was a bit rude! Wish we had a resource like this in 7mm but I do keep an eye out for alternative rear ends to graft onto the available cabs for variety.
Guest Jack Benson
Once stripped of that layer of paint, the Classix range is very finely detailed, moreover an absolute bargain at around £7.00 or less. Surely the IXO range of 1/43 vehicles can be updated in the same manner? I think that this the last vehicle, it is destined for the tiny Purbeck Clay diorama as the sole road vehicle. Yes I've got a few ixos on the go (although they cost a lot more than £7!) Not the same variety as those RTI cabs tho
