hayfield Posted December 31, 2020 Share Posted December 31, 2020 Martin My issue last year/earlier this year was the emails were not getting through to the recipient, I sent an email to an officer who was not on the EMGS email system and he started the ball rolling. David I am not an IT specialist so I have no idea only that I had problems which were only resolved when I contacted one of the officers who used a different email address to those shown in the website. David If you read my replies I was stating my experience around a year ago when trying to contact the membership secretary, nothing to do with the latest issue. In my case there was an IT issue. By coincidence my problem was also an issue with my DDI, however during the process of resolving the problem there was an IT issue with the EMGS email system where I tried to email several officers, it was only when I contacted one who used a different system outside the EMGS when I got through to an officer.
