The Manx Northern Railway had two Sharp-Stewart 2-4-0Ts similar to those that worked on the Southwold Railway, however their wheelbase was much longer and they were each equipped with a coal bunker.spacer.png

Not Britain, but the Guinness brewery in Dublin (1' 10" gauge) had three Sharp Stewart 0-4-0s in its early days. 2477 of 1875 and 2764/5 of 1878. I don't know of any photos.

The Irish 3' ones were three County Donegal Railway 2-4-0Ts (3021/2/3 of 1881) and six Clogher Valley Railway 0-4-2Ts (3369/70/1/2/3/4 of 1886/7) Here's a picture of one of the CVR ones:

There are photographs of the CDR locomotives, but I haven't found any I can post here. They look similar to the MNR locomotives but with longer tanks, and no rear bunker.

I am not aware of any others in the British Isles.
