Turning light fade off on function 19

I have just fitted a Heljan class 26 with Legomanbiffo sound and lighting kit, but the tail lights at one end turn off when the train moves and back on when it stops. (Cab light)

Does anyone know what cvs to change to sort it out,

One of:    (a) Ask LegomanBiffo.   Or  (b)  get out the ESU manual, and try to work it out.  Or (c) use either a LokProgrammer, or JMRI connected to your DCC system, to read in the current function mapping and change it to what you want.  

 

With (b) its a certain amount of informed guesswork, as it could be one of 72 different CVs in a LokSound V5.  See the function mapping pages in the ESU manual, its probably somewhere in the Control Group A column of the mapping table.     

 

With (c) it should be reasonably obvious which function mapping rows operate with the relevant function button, and have a "stopped" rule applied to them.
