The spreadsheet has: - 'Std' tab for 37xxx coded wagons, with a breakown of their liveries: Tarmac, Tarmac (white background logos), Cemex, Cemex GBRf, NACCO and unknown - RIV for RIV coded wagons, with a breakdown of their liveries: Blank, Cemex Touax and VTG 'patched'. regards Darryl HYA.xlsx 2 1 1 Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

Very helpful Darryl, thanks. I can see now how the ones I've seen locally fit into the larger fleet. I will have to keep my eyes open for other types... so there's all the more justification to buy some. Though I have to admit, the models with multiple wording and branding do look the part, so I am really tempted, despite generally sticking to items I've seen. The depth of field (I'm assuming the dodgy setting was an aperture one?) gives for a bit of a tilt-shift effect that makes these look like models. And between Accurascale's models, and your modelling, is not very far for the imagination to stretch at all! I reckon paint the patches in the outer colour, then work inwards a colour at a time might well work. I saw a set on the Acton - Portbury working yesterday, and they were all VTG owned, big grey patches and very little graffiti over the top. Only a matter of time though! We could do with some of the basic VTG logo ones with the plain grey patch panels too please! (such as in the images in Steadfasts post above and my photos below).
