I placed an order for n gauge headlamps and tail lamps a week ago and realised that I’d put ‘no lenses’ by mistake. Since then I’ve emailed them three times to alter the order to incorporate lenses but not received any response. I think COVID-19 notwithstanding that they should have replied by now.
