TEA bogie tank wagons in Scotland 1980s-1990s

Looking for any evidence that TEA bogie tank wagons were run on the West Highland or Far North lines? Have trawled Flickr and various forums without success. Have various references to the West Highland with plenty of usual suspect TTAs and odd Procor but no TEAs. Anyone aware of TEAs working to Fort William, Kyle, etc.? Or will be this be rule 1....?

I believe the issue is most likely the weight of the wagons, which would preclude their use.

Although TTA tanks previously worked to Lairg, I understand that these were not fully loaded. http://www.fofnl.org.uk/newsletters/17May/17may15.php refers to the wagons (TTA) being only 75% of full loading capability.

As such, I think it's definitely Rule 1.

Hi David,

Agreed - weight would be the issue.

Not found any to the north at all - furthest I can find was to Leuchers plus a couple of Central Belt workings.

Thanks
