Notifications for Blog Comments

Would it be possible to receive Notifications when somebody posts a comment on one of my Blogs? I don't often go looking back at my older Blog entries, but sometimes if I do, I find somebody has added a question some time (years) after I wrote the Blog and I must appear rude because I have not responded.

I agree entirely, it would be great if we could get notifications to comments in blogs. Even if this was once a week it would be better than never. I keep on forgetting to look at my own blog when it goes for a few months without a new post.
