Triang Mark 1 roof screw, what are they?

Recommended Posts

If the thread is 2.7mm diameter* and the pitch 0.53mm, it will be 6BA, which fits with memory.

Most (all?) Tri-ang screws are an even BA number.

* The table I looked at stated 2.8mm diameter, but near enough.

That's a lot!

I am using Triang floors and roofs for DMUs and using a right mix, need to use 3 per roof as losing the end clips.

Even though sides are not Mark 1 profile the ends are near enough and lop off everything the under side is good.

Any way how much would you want? thanks

I will think about it (OK see what I already have first)

But a couple of chassis anfd roofs may be of interest

Will have a huge pile of Triang BR1s after as I am putting MJT frames with home copied Swindon sides on.

Just spent last two days casting underframe boxes!

How does a fiver sound plus a bit of postage.

However. I have a large collection of Chassis and roofs and assorted sides. And seating!

Fancy some of them?

Dave.

If they are in several liveries, I expect that Clive would be interested.
