2021 Will we let it pass unmarked?

Obviously unless we restrict ourselves to 6 in the Car park at any one time a meeting is definitely not on. Should we not do something. If nothing else it would be nice to at least post some wishes for others health and prosperity.  I shall very much miss seeing you all and hope you are all thriving.

You are right, Don, in that nothing is going to happen physically at the end of this coming April.

 

Without wishing to do the sterling efforts down of those who arrange on-line exhibitions, my personal preference is most definitely for those where we can meet people in the flesh and see the layouts close up.

 

Something would have to be arranged later this year, Regulations permitting, or we will have to wait until next year.

Maybe we can mark the second half. I already wrote off  as a dead loss so maybe this can be the year where the world gets its act together again.

 

Otherwise we could have a show where you have to look at the layouts through binoculars

Taunton is a bit too far for me  although I did make it on two occasions.  I would have thought late summer/early autumn would be ok.

I agree about virtual shows  but I think virtual demonstrations can work.
