Well I hope they sort the pony truck pivot out as it was in the wrong place, far to short and caused all sorts of running problems.

None of the manufactures seem to have heard of Baldrys rule.

I'll certainly go for a single-chimney one with the BR1C tender, though a pity they haven't introduced the really impressive typical ECML BR1F one.

I've never had any problems with my existing double-chimney one, which had the sprung pony from the start.

Apparently there's no mechanical or design changes, so it'll be a 6 pin.

As long as the motor stays in the tender there's very little benefit to retool them to change to next18 sockets unlike with the diesels/electrics where they can get independant lights.
