Replacement wheels for Jouef 141R and other detail parts

I hope someone can help but I’ve recently purchased a Jouef 141R in reasonable condition and price, but I can’t get away the “pizza” cutter flanges.  Does anyone know if replacement wheels are available so the model can be brought up to more modern standards?

 

Also, is there anywhere for decals to renumber the loco and tender?  I’m looking to turn it into from pigs ear into a silk purse

I assume you have a 141R with non-blackened wheels. It might help to blacken these. The difference can be seen in a video I made on H0 141R locomotive models:
