Never mind all these preserved and private owner company Hunslets, I would still like one in 1943/44 WW2 condition ;)

Do you mean the USA ? I would agree.

Also the Wainwright Ashford shunter.

I have a sneaky feeling that the person from the other modelling company is @rapidoandy. I know he drives steam locos on the KESR.

You might just be right...KESR_2.jpg.f609690938e22d113e086f0f928398ef.jpgKESR_3.jpg.19aef9b444705f8e31a6f61ca7138e73.jpgKESR_11.jpg.35411d1e5a0f84bc39ef8f18d3c6e51c.jpgKESR_4.jpg.4350422af028c9ec6b2f134722acf7b7.jpg

Thanks to @rapidoandy it was a fun, if not very hot, day on the footplate...

...who says model railway companies can't get on...

The only WW2 era Hunslet I've seen in 00 was a ltd edition Dapol one that appeared on eBay years ago, it was War Department Khaki I think, no idea on its livery accuracy, a waaay outdated model anyway, hopefully we'll get one eventually from all these new tools, maybe when the post 1945 liveries are exhausted :p
