We have two 12ft x 4ft spaces and two 6ft x 4ft trade spaces still to fill, but the info only went out last week and we started promoting the show then, so these will be taken up soon

We also have a 50ft x 40ft  hall on the first floor of the venue which we dont want to use for our layouts or commercial traders as no wheelchair access however some local community groups have expressed interest in stalls in that room and also happy to have some space to anyone who maybe wants to sell some of their own stock (no commercial secondhand traders as these would be paying the standard trade space rates) Also no new model rail items or commercial services.   Anyone interested and they will have to supply own 6ft table (we can supply chairs) and it is their own private collection they are selling, the space is only £10 and all transactions from the stall must be cash (no card machines etc)

Nope,  unless  subject to a change back on gov policy, where they could close all venues again.   We will ask for masks to be worn and there are a number of exhibitions going ahead before ours this year, so we can judge if footfall is up or down on these.  I am going to as many as possible to check out.   Also I am running theatre events at the same venue next month with live plays and these are all nearly sold out and same age demographic as attend model rail exhibitions, so looks promising and judging on how quick all our trader space was taken up, there is a real need for them to be able to sell their items via exhibitions.

Just had confirmation that the gorgeous 'Somewhere in France' WW1 narrow gauge layout is coming and just awaiting confirmation that we also have Dublingham Goods station 3rd rail attending.

Tickets are now fully on sale which can be pre booked and offer discounted entry prices and access to show  15 mins before offical opening time.

Tickets can be bought at www.modelrailwaysigns.com   up until midnight on the day before the show.  You can also pay at the door at the standard entry fee rate

There is a car park which will fill quickly and 3 disabled bays however plenty of free easy parking on roads around the venue.

Enclosed is a bus and parking guide to the show

We ask masks be worn unless exempt

There is disabled wheelchair access to the ground floor area which has most of the trade stands and many of the layouts, but a few trade stands and the WW1 live drill displays and some association stands are on the first floor level and no accessible by wheelchair.  Therefore wheelchair users get a discounted entry fee of £2 which we asked is pre booked above.

Not forgetting our traders including N gauge stockist Plus Daughters,  our Model Railway Signs stand and lastly Saddletank intro to model railway range of books and self build locos (that can run on a Hornby chassis) aimed at kids.  BTW it's not only females who are into model railways, we noticed also a number of men recently, who also enjoy the hobby
