d winpenny
Still no progress unfortunately. The next exciting thing will be the 56s arriving, anybody got advice on keeping the track clean as the dirty track has led to dirty wheels and poor running which is a bit of a downer david

d winpenny
I’ll pick some up and give it a good going over. Yes i am very planning to give the loft some further upgrades. Covering the roof with mdf might even clad the end walls and going to paint the long beams

d winpenny
Today I’ve reuploaded most of the pictures to the thread and removed some of the other missing ones I couldn’t replace they may not all be the same as the originals but it at least means anyone new to the thread I will get what’s going on I will also have an update proper very shortly all my parcels arrived and the 56s are moving forward david
d winpenny
I have still been modelling I’m just terrible at keeping threads up to date so here is my ‘progress’ in something resembling time order first of all both 56s are now numbered named and most importantly dcc sound fitted 56071 and 56093 The Institution of Mining Engineers next came something quite drastic back to bare baseboards adjusted all the legs to the same length , a full track relay and a proper dcc bus installed currently the outer circuit has been relayed and the inner track is half done and the point to the siding installed including a point motor David
