RMweb Gold JohnR Posted July 5, 2021 RMweb Gold Share Posted July 5, 2021 Considering the property is only accessible by footpath (the Ford can only be used by 4x4 vehicles outside of the winter period), I think £550,000 is a lot to ask for a 3 bedroom property in need of modernisation.

To a lot of people, that will be it's appeal, and the 6+ acres will give a bit of elbow room. Mike.

Mike. Only when it is not under water! Most of the land is zone 3. The house is zone 2. I am sure that the solicitors for the sale will also point out that there are multiple rights of way across the property (both public footpaths and access of another property). The site is also a SSSI which will reduce what can be done with it. I suspect that this is most likely to become a holiday house / let. 1
