Moved on a bit 4566 has arrived and looks fine so two 45xx and one is a Penzance allocated one uused on the west of Cornwall branches. The other needs deGWRing

 

Fitted the bogies to the Sunshine BTK chassis, the 70ft BTK underframe is getting populated and the easrly Sunshine TK is getting near roof fitting.

 

Seen a picture of a Sunshine BTK with a non corridor.

 

Just need to buy a BCK for the 4 carriage branch train, the picture shows 4566 at the head.

 

Now need to learn CAD to produce the ex GWR ply vans and the 6 plank opens.

The 70ft in now in primer and a couple of ex LMS or LMS built by BR are nearly complete.

 

Now drawing up a late BT in Sillouette Studio, I just hope I can get the thin sides I need done OK.

On another thread the BT drawing can be seen, I have finished the C73 body today and have sprayed the chassis. Interior is being worked on.

 

The C54 is now current task for this layout, I have also restarted my DMU models.

Wagons got a few new vans and mass producing the BR build LMS designed bodies (4 now)

Too cold in garage so this layout will be two unconnected layouts.

 

1960 branch lower and 1980 mainline higher.

 

At the station the double track mainline will be behind a back scene.

 

The branch will be under the yard and either sceniced in or covered with a flap.

 

The yard will be a mini PAD with rsil flats, crane, ballast wagons and PWM650.

 

DMU halt. Then hidden.

Still quite a bit of boy junk in here broken toy cars,  an air fryer.

Weighted down with resin, drill, white spirits, and various spray cans.

 

I will need to lose the boys train set, but not sure what to do with it.

Fall halts building

 

Due to illness I have lost my balance and went flying hurt both legs and broke the above board (snapped glue).

 

Now repaired

 

Board 2 built but I do need to move out the boys old trainset.

 

Been doing aircraft models for a change.

 

The base height will be the Cornish branch, about 100mm higher will be a BR secondary main line, which will run behind the back scene of the branch station.

 

Now going to squash in one more line for north Glos, south worcs 1950s, JUST for a 2P
