Hi, I have built a small inglenook layout, and I would like help wiring the points. I have a Hornby r7229 controller; which is able to control accessories within the railway. How ever after searching the Internet far and wide, I can find no information anywhere.

There is a CDU built in to the controller, I have the Peco PL-34 wiring loom (which has 3 wires, red, black and green) just to add a little more confusion.

I would appreciate it, if some one could draw a really simple diagram for me.

Thanks Paul

Take a positive from the controller to a switch (sprung centre off). From each side of the switch to one pole of the solenoid, then the common from the solenoid back to the controller negative. Repeat for other points, noting that you can ganged the positives and negatives from the controller to a terminal block for distribution to the other switches and points.
