sncf231e
Before WW1 the CIWL Oriënt Express ran from Paris via München to Vienna and then further into the Orient. Around 1910 the Bavarian S2/6 was used on the German part of the trip. I reenacted this in 0 gauge with a locomotive and cars from Fulgurex in my garden: Regards Fred Edited August 3, 2021 by sncf231e
SamThomas
Really beautiful locomotive & coaches. Nice to see the locomotive streatching it's legs in a great setting. BTW, is that triple gauge track ?
sncf231e
The inner loop of the track can be used for 1 gauge and for 2-rail and 3-rail 0 gauge; the outer loop can be used for 1 gauge and for S gauge. So the railway is indeed triple gauge Regards Fred
