MerseyMan
Can any one help me identify this type of connector found in a 0 gauge Lionheart 45xx. And also where I can purchase both male and female types. Ive had an extenstive look online but without knowing what Im looking for its proving to be most challenging. Many Thanks in advanced. Nigelcliffe
Look like "SIL" pins, which usually come on a long strip. I use them for similar connections.

They break off at 0.1" spacing (better to cut with a fine saw) Lionheart have been sloppy as they have used female sil connectors for both halves.* You can get proper 0.1" male & female connectors that are designed for the job. *So have I on a lighting install on a railcar!
