TANK WAGON LADDERS

There seems to be a general shortage of etched brass ladders, which can be formed into a curve. These would be a cheaper alternative to the Rumney kits with their individual rungs and other parts you may not need. I have had a pack on order from Slater's for a while. Other suppliers showed them as out of stock. There are resin and laser cut wooden ones around but you couldn't get them to curve around your tank, I guess.

There are 41 rungs in 138mm which works out at 3.3mm spacing which is right for 10 inch between rungs, the normal spacing of ladder rungs.

No connection with the supplier, not even a customer.
