Hornby CLASS 56 SOUND SWOP

I have Hornby sound fitted Class 56094 R3291XS and wish to straight swop the sound chip and speaker to BR Blue 56013 R2645 (DCC Ready).

After reading about different PCB boards and lighting set up's is this swop possible without alterations ?

If so, any recommendations regarding a speaker upgrade ?
