Denby's Kit build workbench - 009 Tri-art on the way

Just got them painted up with some Hycote gloss black for the bufferbeam and running plates, and Tamiya Maroon for the main bodies(it is actually darker than it looks in the photos). Still some bits left to add on; handrails, nameplates, coupling pieces made from some bent wire and I want to touch up the paint in some areas. for a comparison in size I decided to place them next to my new Fairlie loco.

Been some time but finally back.

I have been getting on with a load of 009 kits recently when I heard about the Quad-arts coming out of ClarkRailworks and i made me wonder about narrow gauge articulated sets, and I couldn't find any so I decided to make my own using some Dundas Models Ffestiniog bogie coaches, the Jacobs bogie in the center had to be lengthened to accomodate the tight radius of the layouts they will run on

I've started building my own freelance steam locomotive which will be a 4-6-4 tender and will have the appropriate name of "Titan", although unrealistic for british narrow gauge it probably wouldn't look too out of place for else where in the world.
