Bachmann Trains 46298 HO Scale 1:87 Motorized Electric Train Turntable

I’ve been looking for a turntable that’s DCC friendly AND doesn’t have to be mounted “in a hole”

 

Either OO or HO would do, and this is the closest I’ve found - https://www.trainsetsonly.com/Bachmann-dcc-equipped-turntable-e-z-track-ho.html

 

but I’m  finding it impossible to find any online documentation to learn a bit more before buying. There are a few YouTube videos but no real detail

 

Anyone care to suggest where I might find the instructions online??
