MDP78
This is more of a request for help of a steer in the right direction if possible. Does anyone know where I'd be able to get hold of the freight WTT for the Shrewsbury to Crewe line circa 1959-1960. Tried British Railway Books but for the time periods I'm looking for there hasn't been anything available for a while.
RMweb Gold Wellyboots Posted January 22, 2022 RMweb Gold Share Posted January 22, 2022 Not sure if it's exactly what you're looking for but the Michael Clemens Railways website has a PDF for a 1959 Western Region Chester District Freight Timetable, which includes the Shrewsbury end of the line. http://www.michaelclemensrailways.co.uk/?atk=562
DavidB-AU
If the above link isn't what you need, all working timetables from 1948 to 1994 are in the National Archives.

kingfisher9147
With the national archives would it be the one at Kew or one of railway ones?

The majority are at Kew, a quick search for post 1950 BR WTTs show 4,238 there and another 56 at other sites. https://discovery.nationalarchives.gov.uk/results/r?_p=1950&_q=british+railways+working+timetable Regards 3
