Few more walls made, and just starting to be happy (ish) with the overall plan.

Road surfaces, grass and a few bushes to do before relaying the track, part of which will be inset....... ohh the joy!

I really like resin buildings, not everyone's cup,of tea, but I like to use them as a foundation for development.

Over the years I've been bought loads as pressies, so have a fair old store of them.

As you can see.........a loading ramp has been added, as well as a railside canopy.

There's still plenty to do, weathering, repainting, adding outside lights, downpipes, signs  etc and then we might actually be getting somewhere....... IMG_1224.JPG.042ac5954df48c35eb1ea908387d0835.JPG

Tracks been ballasted and now awaits painting etc once the ballast has dried.

"Remind me that I've sucked a cow up the hoover," is a conversation with Mrs BR that I'd never thought that I would have.

Especially at 0645 hrs!

If she's anything like Lady St Enodoc, her reply at about 0646 would have been "Don't forget that you've sucked a cow up the hoover".

So long as she doesn't have a beef with you using it, you should be alright mate!

Why is it quick jobs always seem to take ages.........

Walls fixed down, and started to reblend in the scenery etc. I placed a few cows and the odd figure to try and get a bit more of an idea of where everything is going.

Having said that........I might go for sheep looking at NHY's thread!IMG_3484.JPG.89699f258815dbc4c4e435e5468f57e1.JPG

The lorry needs a crate on the back and a group of people around it wondering how to unload it, a la Little Muddle Dairy.

There’s a crane and forklift just out of shot.

Theres usually a load on it..... you can see from the dust....

Few more changes whilst I am waiting for the Peco medium bullhead points.

The road sloping down to the goods are has gone, to be replaced by 2 extended sidings which look better than the old shorter ones.

The children bought me some Bachman factories many years ago, ( beats socks and slippers) and they are in the process of being cobbled together in one way or another.

Ive been busy weathering stuff.....including this Dapol Western, so decided it's about time I updated the thread........
