RMweb Gold pirouets Posted January 1, 2015 Author RMweb Gold Share Posted January 1, 2015 So 9 more months have past but some small progress has been made. In the first picture you can see I have started on putting some scatter to represent the leaves starting to drop. I am also looking at how to represent some fallen branches. Otherwise its all just a biut clean and looks like a perfectly looked after lawn. Looking down the line I have completed the hedgerow on one side along with a bush on the other side. Key with this is to try and fine the right colours to show the green starting to brown off. I still need to look at what will form the lineside barrier below the line. The pictures I have seem to show it more as a wire fence. Finally something that really tested my eyesight was getting the farm buildings done. I do wonder if I am at the point where going up a scale might be the next step. Jobs round these buildings include making sure they are grounded properly and the flower beds in fron of the farm house. Always still amazed that the simplest layout i have built has taken me over 4 years so far. Having said that I jotted down a list of tasks I need to crack on with to help me focus a bit more and it looks like this TIDY SHED change 1st point motor on back left fiddle yard Plant fence posts between path and edge of baseboard Add farm gate off ledgate lane Add fence either side of farm track from ledgate lane to farm house Plant tree in field Plant trees alongside ledgate lane Add shrubs to banks between bridges Add lineside fencing Lay ground cover in courtyard Add flower beds to courtyard Add garden behind farm house Fit point work at London end to allow connection to terminus Make trees for parkside farm Add Trees to parkside farm Make trees that will go below the track Add trees below track Make trees that will go above the track Add trees above track Create interim time table for stock I have Create end state time table for stock as it needs to be Might keep me busy.
