cbeagleowner
Thanks for posting those Jamie - I always think that GTD makes loco's look good! Especially like the weatherd tanker wagons. Do you have any plans for future stuff on GTD? Will you be getting a Garratt?

7APT7
Thanks for posting those Jamie - I always think that GTD makes loco's look good! Especially like the weatherd tanker wagons. Do you have any plans for future stuff on GTD? Will you be getting a Garratt? Thanks mate, for your valued comments, I also like the weathered wagon and coaches...etc, they look real and always goes down well for looks when its on GTD, I think having the length of GTD seems to dwarf any loco that you run on the layout even when its a full length which I do love to see running on GTD. Also great to see GTD on the Front Cover of the Model Rail Mag (No.177 January 2013) and the 7 page spread inside and 13 Pics through out the Mag, shame not all of what Peter had sent in to Model Rail didn't get Printered but lets just hope there is in Part 2 in the Model Rail Mag... later on in the year... Fingers Crossed Peter for you.... Jamie Edited December 3, 2012 by 7APT7

trains12
To all those of you who asked about my avitar and/or knew Alfie our Pyrenean Mountain Dog, after a short illness over Christmas and new year he passed away in his sleep here at home on the 2nd January. Is deeply missed. He was always with me when modelling at the house. At present I do not feel like doing any modelling. To everyone out there I wish you all a happy new year. daz3359
Hi mate You have some great modern image on this layout, and a wide selection of freight across a good range of liveries, must be good layout to be in control of, as its seems a great length to. Cheers, DC
7APT7
Hi DC Peter who owns GTD tends to run the steam era in the main, but I love to run all Modern Image when ever I get the chance to or if Peter allows it as I can relate to it better and it’s the most current and up to date, so I only get to run most of my stock when it is set up down at Peter's Unit or if the shows that it attends and Peter allows for Modern image running, Peter as some good modern image stock in Hoppers and in a few other wagons to. I love to see most kinds of loco's/wagons/coaches running as it as a good length as you say to take great photo's, but in the Main I prefer the Modern Image myself, but we all love to run what we like to see running in our small model club so don’t get much chance to run my stock as often as I would love to on here unless it’s out at a show or Peter holds a special day/weekend in our local village where we live. Thanks for your acknowledgments I’m sure Peter will be pleased to. Jamie
