ricboo Posted October 17, 2010 Share Posted October 17, 2010 A small group of modellers in both 00 and N gauge are looking to set up a new modern image (BR Blue onwards) modelling group in Scunthorpe. We have just about sorted premises - (we have a couple of options) but we are looking for new members (approx 10 to 12) to start off this new exciting group. This group is aimed to be predominatley DCC for 00 gauge and DC for N gauge We aim to build a layout for both use at the group and also at exhibitions, we aim to be dynamic and start designing and building pretty quickly, but obviously we need members to do this. The group aims to have fun and be enjoyable. I must stress that this group is not linked to any other Model Railway Groups in the Scunthorpe area. If any people want to register interest on joining please do so on this thread, I can then contact you with more information when we have sorted premises out (which should be soon).
