Northpoint
This started as a project to find a home for my Wessex trains liveried class 153. It is 66ins x 10 ins. It portrays a section of the ex-LSWR lines in Cornwall with the obligatory (for Cornish lines!) china clay interest. Operation is simple: the 153 shuttles along the front track anf the 08 shunts wagons in the rear sidings. Very theraputic though after a hard day. It also proves the points that a) we all have room for a layout and B) it doesn't take a lot of time - it was largely completed in 6 weeks. The full story can be seen here: http://www.rmweb.co....__1#entry187003 And finally, a trip back in time....
