I have a Tamiya scriber model 74015 scriber , that is very similar. Still listed on Amazon and some other sites. A new version (#74091) can be found by searching for Tamiya Plastic Scriber.

Basically rebranded Ofla products.

The Ofla P-450

& the Olfa 204B Plastic Scriber.

Excuse my ignorance but what is that track the model is sat on early 3rd rail or did Brunnel get up to the North East to get one over on the Stephensons.

Keith

Combined with the far EM rail in makes 32mm, not enough room for a length of O gauge track on the plank.

A little progress tonight, the handrail knobs arrived so the rest of the handrails have been fitted and I've made a start on the rear tender steps but there's not really a lot worth photographing.

Really good modelling and a very distinctive design. Alan Gibson wheels used?

I really liked Rubbish Seaside too, Whitby's not that bad most of the time is it!

Kind regards,

Paul, here is a real one.

I've seen that photo and it was on the short list, I was swayed to 1333 as it had 2 coal rails and I had some spares from the J24 kit, 392 would have been easier in that it has separate boiler/smokebox handrails and no rear tender steps.

Yes, Gibson wheels.

And there was I hoping for Rosedale 1878...

Though I'd realised the engine's condition was later.

Unfortunately none of these got up to Rosedale, shame really. In 1878 it would have been class 93s.
