Ian thanks for sharing more photos - these are inspiring. I think my long term ambition is to start to take my years of 4mm weathering experience onto something in G, but it's a big jump in size, and as yet I've not worked out in my head how I'd go about it :) These photos have given me some ideas :)

You'd do in in the same way, but it's going to take you a lot, lot, longer :D

Hello Ian.

 

I just has to add to the praise with regards to your stuff. That is probably the most realistic outdoor railway I have ever seen, absolutely fantastic! I would love to be able to recreate something like that oneday.

 

Can I ask where the engines came from? I have always had an idea in the back of my brain to scratchbuild something similar to the little live steam engine but unfortunately its never got any further than that.
