2 on the left say COND LOCOS, ive seen this on shots of others near to loco coaling stages

In the Essery LMS Wagons book there a a number of photos of wooden opens and minerals labled "One Journey Only- Loco Coal" so it seems this quite a common "last rite" for many a wagon.

Used to be a lot of wagons with 'OJO' painted on the side around Saltley in the late 1960s. The one journey often ended at the scrap yard I suspect.
