3D on the radio

I subscribe to Radio 4's feed on facebook ,this came up and thought it would be of interest for the group:

 

"Will 3D printing revolutionise manufacturing? Do you even know what it is? Peter Day has been finding out more for tonight's edition of In Business. He met researchers who have printed a bike - not a picture of a bike, but an actual bike. And there's even bigger thinking at Loughborough University where engineers are developing a rig designed to "print" buildings."
