Karhedron
A few weeks ago I purchased a Peco N gauge 2251. After about 20 minutes running in on the test track, it ground to a halt with a very hot motor and refused to budge. Normally I would just return a loco to the shop for an exchange but this was the last they had so this was not an option. I contacted Peco customer service and they invited me to send the loco in for repair under warantee. I am pleased to report that the repaired loco seems to be running quite happily and is now chugging round the test track once more. Total turn-around time was not much over a week. Thanks Peco!
