Tempting to send the seller a three word message:

"Are you high?"

Doesn't even bother to tell you what it is for sale.

Could it, possibly, be that the seller has seen this thread and is a bit of a "wind-up merchant"?

Conspiracy theory launched.....   :butcher:

And eight quid postage too.... :swoon:

Also from the same seller, a single bit of straight R600 settrack for twelve quid plus postage...

Well it sold! If you want to get in on the ground floor before the millionaire collectors discover them, he has an identical model for sale lettered GWR.

Another one from our friends at RocketRailways. Not so much 'madness' just magical buffers!

"Now you see them, now you don't!" Paul Daniels would be proud of him! Seems the top of the chimney has been magicked away as well? Safety valves come and go and copper paint seems to make an appearance? Not clear what the purchaser will actually receive?

Buyer's feedback to RocketRailways: "The sellers add was for a 00 gauge loco, the loco I received was 20"long, 6"high". Perhaps it had been given a dose of loco Viagra? ;)

May have been a 7mm 0:16.5 narrow gauge loco? If so, the track gauge could have been described as '00'.

Looks likely to be an American Diesel? O gauge? And cost less than £24.00...
