Lighting is all wrong, the real thing would never look like this.....

Bristol Parkway, on a bitterly cold Jan 3rd, 2019.

Never seen anyone put O Scale track at the front of a 4mm layout before, either!! :scratchhead: :jester:

Never heard of false perspective ??!?

Yes thanks, it's why I've put an HO scale building at the back of an O scale layout....

...but I've still never seen anyone put O scale track at the front of a 4mm scale layout... :blum: :jester:

If ever there was a cue for the “Father Ted” joke this is it.

I always thought it was called “forced” perspective though.

Cheers

They have overdone the weathering of that tunnel exit, and how about adding some static grass?

They've also run into the problem when you use set-track and single portal tunnels - the loading gauge (gap?) between the two tracks is completely non-prototypical.

It's very good, but the footbridge was obviously ready-to-plant and didn't really fit the location well.

Reading the caption on Flickr, that really does seem to be the case, a late addition of the bridge using a standard design.

The painter of the backdrop needs to be congratulated.

I think I know what you mean - but there are other models who ( almost ) disrobe for a living !

They can't be doing that well in this hot weather. I saw a young lady today, the largest item of her apparel was her face mask. :maninlove:

HO scale Plattling Hbf and yard.

I like the new S&C they've laid in the yard.

Looks like the flocking had a bad reaction to the glue in the yard, but not too bad at the bottom end though. The lighting is quite good.
