Will be there. Thoroughly enjoyed it last year, as did the Mrs and youngling!

Gives me another chance to try and convince you (and the little one as a junior member) to join the club. Hopefully you, er'indoors and padwan-learner will get a chance to visit us at BMR sometime over the summer.

Thanks Adrian, do I need to renew my passport as the Show is further south than Watford? :)

Peter

Hi Peter, as the lads from Stafford discovered when they they bought Treneglos to the show a few years ago Uckfield is quite a way down south being only about 16 miles further on to the south-east coastline at Newhaven - whether you need your passport or not depends on whether you are thinking on a day trip to France before returning home!

An alternative to consider is a trip to the Bluebell Railway, which is just down the road, who will be running their Autumn Tints service at this time of year - pre booking is required if you want a trip - see http://www.bluebell-railway.com/ for details.

Dear All,

Thought i would bump this with just over a week to go.

Looking at the layout list the show has four layouts that are making their debut at an exhibition as "completed" layouts, namely Wyebridge (S7), Sandford & Banwell (P4), Oak End Farm (G-9) and Llangerisech (2mm/ft finescale). A couple of these have been to society meets but this will be the first time at a public show.

Also we have several layouts that are making their first outing to the south-east (Kent, Surrey & Sussex) - St Juliot, Diesels in the Duchy, Crumley & Little Wickhill and Totnes.

Looking forward to welcoming any RMweb members visiting our part of sunny Sussex.

I thought that's what you mean't.

I honestly don't know, he hasn't said.

I'll brush my hair in case
