mojo
In the old RMWeb forum fairly recently there was a link to a free download of "blue sky" and "grey sky" backscenes which I would like to retrieve but am unable to do so on the new site. Could someone provide the link please. Maurice C.

nebnoswal
while actually not backscenes, they may be of some use. I found this website which gives panoramic photos taken by people from all over the world. By doing a search for Dorset, I found the link below. It is of the Blackmore Vale, showing Shillingstone of the former S+DJR. By using the photo tabs at the bottom of the page you can see the rebuilding of the station and the boiler and frame of 9F 92207 ???Morning Star??? http://gigapan.org/gigapans/32159/ by entering ???railway??™ and ???steam??™ in the search I found the restored preserved station of Corfe Castle. This can no doubt help with plan a station and yard environment. There are numerous persevered wagons in view, several CCTs and even one of those motorised boxes on wheels (I think they call them diesels). http://gigapan.org/gigapans/20850/ This one of the Mendips I found quite interesting. See if you can find the old abandoned railway van. Hint, it is in snapshot number one. http://gigapan.org/gigapans/11664/ there are hours of fun to spent here finding railway things.
