Mark Pelham
How about some conversions in 2mm once the new Farish MK2s are available? I already have 2x FOs on order to be converted into 977986 & 999550, plus a DBSO to become 9703! I would be happy to model 977997 & 99666 if that makes thing simpler! Cheers, Mark

Cheers, Mark 999550 is one of the rare breed of test coaches that was never converted - it was built new as 999550 and has undergone four variations in bodyside and quite a few liveries as well! It is based on a TSO - 8 main windows, as opposed to the 7 of a FO. The only FO based coaches in the current test fleet are 1256 (currently being modified for use as a PLPR with some windows plated on both sides, including one "half" window that was previously plated in it's RFO days, but has now been opened up), 977983 - Electrification Measurement Vehicle - EMV and 99666/977986 which are both fully plated over as brake force runners. Note 977986 is now permanently (bar) coupled to 977985 SGT2. HTH, Mick
Mark Pelham
Hi Mick, I'll PM you a reply to you post to prevent taking over this thread. Pete, I would definitely be interested in scaled down versions of those kits! Cheers, Mark
