DonB
An item on AOL's front page today:- http://www.huffingtonpost.co.uk/2012/11/12/japanese-photo-booth-printer-32_n_2115885.html?icid=maing-grid7%7Cuk-ws-bb%7Cdl11%7Csec1_lnk3%26pLid%3D136506 A bit pricy at £330 for a 8" (20cm) tall model and only in Japan for a few weeks. But an interesting way to populate your layout assuming they can economically get the size down to any of the major scales. The blurb photos appear to indicate that the models come ready coloured, is that likely?
Pugsley
The blurb photos appear to indicate that the models come ready coloured, is that likely? They won't come out of the machine pre-coloured, I exepect they'll be hand painted to match the photo.
Wild Boar Fell
Hello, I saw a mention of this story too, I have also read that some printers can produce pre coloured objects, including ones with tonal shading (I think it was an Objet machine with their 'digital materials').
