Someone has applied Sealink arrows of indecision on it. Wouldn't rate it's chances at sea though.....

Wrong side of the loco though for a Sealink reverse logo which always appeared on the port side of the funnel. It is the "starboard" side of the loco which is depicted and that should have an obverse logo.

Thanks all - we went to Scarborough quite often and I did spend some time at the station while Mum and Dad were on the beach! 

 

That was a fantastic location back then - the summer traffic with 40/45/46/47, the odd 31 and the 03 station pilot shifting the coaches about.
