This came bundled with my subscription copy in the post this morning - at first I assumed it was a sales brochure of some sort so an unexpected bonus to say the least! Does seem to be a few months late for a '2013 annual' though :)

I know zilch about SR emu's, but the prototype photo on page 58 does not look like the model 2-HAL unit to me. The caption gives the number as 2633, it looks like 2655 to me. Can someone put me right please?

Hi, It looks like 2655 to me.

It is a 2HAL, one of the 1939/40 sets built for the Medway electrification scheme.

What I think is wrong about the caption is that it says its at Earlsfield, to me that looks like Lewes (East Sussex)

Is this tittle going to be available through WHSmiths

 Hi,

Yes, the Annual is sold via WHSmiths, certain model shops and on Model-Railways-Live.co.uk. It sells for £5.95.

It's also available to purchase as a Digital Edition for the discounted price of £4.99. Click here for details on how to download the Annual as a Digi Edition.

Thanks,

Steve
