I think the word is ubiquitous!  All over the place although usually found at the bay platform buffers!  Even in my tinplate layout, I yearn for one instead of the horizontal twin Hornby version which I have never seen in reality.

    Brian.

"the horizontal twin Hornby version" which should be the triple version. Of course!:banghead:

The Limpley Stoke committee have suggested:

1    Starfish

7.   Tool van

11 . Cordon

and would consider suitable:

13   Gane  A   ;   For 60’ track panels

All excellent siding fillers.

Thanks again Brian et. al.

And now a request for information - but don't go reading too much into it or start the rumour machine.  I am looking for drawings of a Coral A and the only one I have found so far is in GWR Wagons which is merely a side elevation so not including all the needed information.

And before you ask IT IS NOT for a model railway manufacturer but for a 12":1ft project. (and yes I do know there is one at Didcot but that doesn't provide all the needed information).

So any leads would be welcome thanks.

Some sort of GWR thing, probably not a pannier.

Bl**dy h*ll, Rob, ANTB is looking decidedly realistic these days, very well done.

Poll 8 Departmental

13 S&T Saloon KDW150266

Because I saw where it lived (Reading S&T works erecting shop).

Is it converted from a Bow ended restaurant?

He was forced by the Mafia to take those, for fear of his Pasty Collection that had been abducted.

Poor lad.

No one would have a chance of abducting his pasty.

Hi Brian,

It's currently on the ELR running number 9580.  I've found and added it departmental number above KDW150266.

My photos of it on ELR in 2019.
