I do miss popping into JD's on a Saturday afternoon. A chat with Pete, and Colin if he was in. Avoiding Ken trying to sell me something I didn't want. And best of all a cuddle from Heather. Mustn't forget being mugged for treats by the dog. 1 1

I hope to finally get to the UK on Weds - I had to abandon last week’s trip due to back problems - so that will be one copy of the mag sold! A quieter show enabled me to get a few close ups of a certain pannier 4666. Chris Spams wants to model her on his layout, Pencarrow. They do say a pannier never offends. I thought I saw you at the show. I was helping operate Sheep Pasture but you breezed past! 5

RMweb Gold toboldlygo Posted March 10, 2019 RMweb Gold Share Posted March 10, 2019 Still much to do on Oil Burner 4855, but I'm now waiting on parts (roof vents) number-plates and a seat to make for the fireman. An awful lot of commissions to do this month - so this will take a bit of a back burner. Speaking of which I have built a Cambrian Kits 10T Loco Coal Wagon (the couplings have been changed btw), in my spare time
